And Fairness for None

When Oregon voters approved Measure 37 in 2004, they thought they were sending a message that they wanted greater fairness for individual property owners in Oregon’s land use planning process.

Two years later, Oregonians have become increasingly alarmed at the potential damage Measure 37 will have on our valuable farm and forest lands, neighborhoods and our quality of life.

“And Fairness for None: The Impact of Measure 37 on Oregonians and Oregon’s Landscape” tells the story of Measure 37’s impacts on those most at risk: Oregonians whose livelihood is threatened by the prospect of inappropriate Measure 37 development nearby.
