Garibaldi City Council Endorses Connections Project Report
On Tuesday,
February 21st, the Garibaldi City Council adopted a resolution endorsing
the Garibaldi Connections Project report by 1000 Friends of Oregon.
The resolution states that the City hereby accepts the work as
a toolkit for developing future projects. The community is now
poised to integrate the Connections Project recommendations with their
comprehensive plan update and creation of an urban renewal district.
According to Mayor Ev Brown, This report fits in perfectly with
the timing of our other planning efforts to improve the community.
